When I first went to see Dr. Howard at the start of 2024, I hadn't been to a dentist since 2007. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist because it's almost impossible to make me numb. Unfortunately, finding a dentist who does IV sedation is just not that easy & even when I had found one or two over the years, they still treated me like an absolute inconvenience when I went in for a consult. Dr. Howard & his staff have been a god-send. They're all kind & patient. They explain things really clearly. They've been happy to answer my questions & do everything they can to help me within my very limited budget. When Dr. Howard told me, 'My ego doesn't depend on being able to get you numb with just a shot. There's a reason I keep a nurse anesthetist on staff.' I knew I'd definitely found my dentist!! Thank you Dr. Howard & staff for everything you've done & continue to do to help me!

This is a first-class operation from top to bottom. You walk in and you are greeted. The check in staff is very pleasant and the waiting area is quite nice. The facility is outstanding. It’s bright and modern. The medical staff is friendly and very competent. My first visit was for a 3D scan of my mouth as step one in the implant process. A technician guided me through that. Dr Howard met me right after that to shake hands and inquire if I had any questions. Dr Howard met with me after that to discuss the implant process and answer any questions. The process of putting what I’ll call the implant anchor in my jaw was fascinating. He explained every step along the way. I was in and out in a bit over an hour. Now as part of the process my jaw has to heal around the metal insert that will hold the implant for a couple of months and then the new tooth will be screwed into it. Today I had my last visit with Dr Howard and his staff. As always, everything about it from the facility to all the staff to Dr Howard was top notch. Superb. He’s a very skilled doctor supported by an exceptional staff. I highly and without reservation recommend Dr Howard and The Center for Advanced Dentistry.

Going to a dentist has never been my favorite thing, but if you have to go, The Center for Advanced Dentistry is the place! Dr. Howard and his staff are extremely professional. They put me at ease, explain things and have high standards. I highly recommend them.
